ASUS ROG Phone affordable variants are coming!

ASUS ROG Phone is the latest ASUS’s gaming-centric smartphone to launch this year. At the Computex 2018 event, the company was announced the 8GB RAM version of this device. Now, the brand plans to launch the ASUS ROG Phone affordable variants with less RAM: 4GB/ 6GB RAM. Meanwhile, the internal storage has two options: 128GB/ 512GB. Besides, as for the capacity, the new variants pack a smaller 3750mAh juice box than the current ASUS ROG phone (4000mAh battery box).

On the back, the new ASUS devices feature a single 12MP rear snapper instead of the dual 12MP (f/1.8) + 8MP camera set up. How about the selfie lens? The front-facing shooter has 8MP with an aperture of f/2.0 with Panorama and HDR. Meanwhile, speaking of the hardware department, the new versions get power from the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset as the processor.

In addition, regarding the screen, ASUS ROG Phone specs feature a 6.18-inch AMOLED with a resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels. Besides, this device has a tall 18:9 display. In addition, this phone boasts the Corning Gorilla Glass protection. Last but not least, the ASUS phone works on Android 8.1 Oreo out-of-the-box as the operating system.
