We have spent our summer on Android Nougat 7.0’s developer beta versions. And now, the final version has already been rolling out through some Sony Nougat phones below. 

 

1. Xperia Z3+

Those lucky users handing Xperia Z3+ and other Sony Nougat phones on the list can expect a list of new features after the update. Firstly, there is an app called Doze introduced in Android Marshmallow to push your battery up. The upgraded Doze will provide better battery performance. A new feature called Bundled Notifications shows notifications from the same apps. Also, there is Direct Reply allows users to reply all messages directly from notification without going to apps. Nougat even supports VR capabilities and Vulkan API to bring the best 3D graphics.

The differences lie in the way Z5 clicks photos and is fueled. In terms of photography, Z5 can give more brilliant photos and videos than Z3+ with 23MP main camera and 5.1MP secondary snapper. Moreover, Z3+ successor holds a 2900 mAh battery in tow with Quick Charge 2.0. You will need an amount of $508, Xperia Z5 price won’t change even with new updates.

 

3. Xperia Z5 Compact

The Z5 triplets will also be Sony Nougat phones, including original, compact and premium versions. Xperia Z5 Compact is produced for purchasers who need a handy device, so that its screen measures only 4.6 inches with HD resolution. Similar to its sibling, Z5 Compact runs on octa-core Snapdragon 810 processor alongside Adreno 430. The Compact version comes with decent 2GB RAM, 32GB internal memory. As for photography, there is a couple of 23MP main camera and 5.1MP selfie shooter to capture photos and record videos. A 2700 mAh power pack is suitable to a slim handset like Z5 Compact. 4. Xperia Z5 Premium

Xperia Z5 Premium is the only Z5 member to have a standard 5.5-inch display with 4K resolution for the best performance. It sports all Z5 features, which means Xperia Z5 Premium specs are not different from its brothers’. There are octa-core Snapdragon 810 processor, 3GB RAM, 32GB ROM to be boast under the hood. 5. Xperia X

Other Xperia X specs include 5.0-inch full HD display, hexa-core Snapdragon 650, 3GB RAM, 32/64 GB ROM. All such  Xperia X specs are powered by 2620 mAh battery. Xperia X price costs $554.

 

6. Xperia XA

Here comes Xperia XA, a new flagship of Sony. The XA phone is equipped with octa-core consisting of 2 clusters clocked at 2.0 GHz and 1.0 GHz. Along with it is a MediTek Helio P10 chipset instead of Snapdragon like other previous Sony Nougat phones. It comes with 5.0-inch HD display that covers on the front while the case on the back has curved sides. This Xperia phone mounts 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM. A combo of 16MP rear camera and 8MP front snapper are added to Xperia XA specs. A 2300 mAh battery is sealed into its unibody. As for the first XA model, Xperia XA price is affordable with only $305.

 

7. Xperia XA Ultra

Xperia XA Ultra belongs to XA family but it is more high-end with 6.0-inch full HD display. It is similar to XA original model with octa-core MediaTek processor and 16GB of inbuilt memory. The Ultra version is more powerful thanks to 3GB RAM than its sibling. It is also a camera expert with a couple of 21.5 main shooter and 16MP snapper moved from the rear to the front for users to capture sharp shots. The phone also packs 2700 mAh battery to power Xperia XA Ultra specs. Xperia XA Ultra price falls at $429, which is suitable to Ultra version.

 

8. Xperia X Performance

The last phone to be one of Sony Nougat phones is Xperia X Performance. The Sony phone flaunts a normal 5.0-inch fullHD display which is covered by a scratch-resistant glass. It also sports the powerful Snapdragon 820 chipset alongside quad-core processor and Adreno 530 GPU. The phone packs 3GB RAM and 32GB ROM, expandable up to 256GB. People who love photography may love this X Performance because of its decent cameras on both sides. On the back there is a 23MP sensor to take photo and a 13MP snapper on the front. Xperia X Performance battery and XA Ultra cell capacity are alike, 2700 mAh. But their prices are not the same, Xperia X Performance price is appropriate to a high-end handset with $791.
