HTC Desire 10 Pro & LifeStyle to come with 5.5-inch, 4GB RAM and more

HTC brand is launching two new smartphones with appealing specs: HTC Desire 10 Pro & LifeStyle. One of them is a mid-range smartphone while the other belongs to the upper mid-range segment. Let’s check them out!

HTC Desire 10 Pro & HTC 10 Lifestyle : Strong hardware and new design

First, let’s see the HTC Desire 10 Lifestyle. It comes with a 5.5-inch HD display ~ 267 ppi. Under the hood, the phone is powered by a 1.6GHz quad-core Qualcomm SnapDragon 400 processor. It will come in two versions: 3GB RAM+32GB ROM and 2GB RAM+16GB ROM. For photography, HTC Desire 10 LifeStyle sports a 13MP main camera with f/2.2 and 5MP selfie shooter, also with f/2.2. It is backed up by a 2700 mAH battery.

Meanwhile, HTC Desire 10 Pro, like its name suggests, comes with better hardware than its sibling. The phone sports a 5.5-inch Full HD display, with Corning Gorilla Glass. It will be running on an octa-core Mediatek Helio P10 chipset paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of expandable storage (+maximum 256GB). For photography, it packs a 20MP camera with f/2.2, autofocus and a dual-LED flash. On the front, there is a 13MP with a 150-degree selfie panorama mode for group shots. HTC also adds a 3,000mAh battery on the phone. There is a fingerprint scanner on the back of the phone.

Both HTC 10 Desire 10 Pro & Lifestyle will be running on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. It seems that HTC is aiming to both mid-range (with HTC Desire 10 LifeStyle) and upper mid-range segment (HTC 10 Desire Pro).

HTC Desire 10 Pro & Lifestyle: price and launch date

Two new smartphones of HTC will come with four colour options, including Royal Blue, Valentina Flux, Stone Black, and Polar White. Until now, HTC hasn’t unveiled the prices of those smartphones. However, HTC Desire 10 Lifestyle is expected to cost $350 while the HTC Desire 10 Pro price is higher, around $550. As for the release date, the Desire 10 Lifestyle is announced today (21th September) while the Desire 10 Pro launch date is expected to be in October. So, what do your think about two new HTC phones?
