Huawei Mate 10 series specs: 6GB RAM, 256GB ROM and more

The new Huawei Mate 10 series include three phones: the standard Huawei Mate 10, the Mate 10 Pro and the Mate 10 Porsche Design. These three smartphones are the complete upgrades from the Huawei Mate 9 series. First of all, the Huawei Mate 10 comes with a 5.9-inch Quad HD LCD display at a more traditional 16:9 aspect ratio with the resolution of 2560 x 1440. On the other hand, the Mate 10 Pro and Mate 10 Porsche design sport a 6.0-inch FullHD+ OLED display with an 18:9 aspect ratio with the resolution of 2160 x 1080 resolution.

Next, let’s take a look at these devices’ hardware. First and foremost, all three devices sport the latest Kirin 970 processor. Then, for the Huawei Mate 10 specs, the flagship has 4GB RAM under the hood and an expandable 64GB ROM. On the other hand, the Mate 10 Pro and Mate 10 Porsche Design specs are almost the same. The Huawei Mate 10 Pro smartphone offers two versions: 4GB and 6GB RAM with 64GB and 128GB ROM as well. Whereas the Porsche Design variant has only 6GB RAM and 256GB ROM. Both phones don’t come with the microSD card slot for expansion.

Speaking of the photography system, the Huawei Mate 10 series offer the same camera setup which is a dual 20MP Monochrome + 12MP RGB sensors with the aperture f/1.6 in both lenses at the back. It also the same for the front camera with an 8MP sensor with an f/2.0 aperture in each phone. Additionally, the Huawei Mate 10 series battery measure the same 4000 mAh capacity. Last but not least, all three handsets run Android 8.0 Oreo with Huawei’s own interface EMUI 8.0 layered on the top.

Huawei Mate 10 series price and release date

The Huawei Mate 10 price is around $825 (about Rs. 53530), while the Mate 10 Pro price goes up to $945 (roughly Rs. 61318). The Huawei Mate 10 Porsche Design price is a bit more expensive at $1643 (about Rs. 106605).
