Huawei smartphone is a Chinese manufacturer that produce many high-quality flagships and gain good reputation. Reports about smartphone sales in H1 2015 reveal the result in which Huawei was ranked 3rd in terms of revenues.

To keep up the positive tendency, Huawei have continuously launched many new devices lately. Big hits include the release of new budget flagship Honor 4A, Huawei M2 tablet and the cooperation with Nexus to produce Huawei Nexus for the second half of 2015.

The Coming Huawei Mate 8

One of the smartphone that contributed in developing the brand for Huawei is the Mate 8 with very powerful specs and amazingly premium design. We talked about the Mate 8 several times before on Price Pony. This time, what needs to be noticed is that, the Huawei Mate 8 is supposed to launched officially on September 2nd at IFA 2015 event which will take place in Berlin, Germany.

Huawei Mate 8 Specs and what we know so far

According to some recent leaked images, the Mate 8 smartphone will carry the similar appearance to the Ascend Mate 7. Despite the alike outlook, the Mate 8 will definitely have many advanced features. It will be equipped with the fingerprint sensor above the speaker which is on the back side of the handset.

In term of the Huawei Mate 8 Specs, it will have the 6-inch screen with the Quad HD resolution (1,440 x 2,560 pixels), making it fit in the phablet category. The device will have two versions which are 3GB of RAM, 32 of internal storage, the other is 4GB of RAM , 64GB of internal storage.

Reportedly, the two Huawei Mate 8 versions will come with 20.7 mega-pixel camera on the back. there will be a very impressive 8MP selfie shooting snapper. The handset will run Android 5.1 and offer upto 4,100 mAh battery capacity, and dual-SIM capability.
