Huawei P20 and Huawei P20 Pro arrive in March

So far, we have known that for a few weeks now. However, there has been some confusion regarding exactly what the models to be unveiled. Since the P20 and P20 Lite have leaked so much, they’re pretty much a certainty. However, the third device rumoured to come with three cameras on the rear remains a mystery. So far, we’ve worked under the assumption that this will be the P20 Plus, but it turns out P20 Pro instead.

Huawei itself has revealed the news through a billboard in Barcelona. The city is in is no coincidence, because MWC 2018 has been held there this week. The billboard says “the rebirth of photography is approaching” while highlights “IA” (Spanish initials for AI). Moreover, the P20 Pro may have already showcased in a leaked press render not long ago although it would be P20 Plus that time.

Regarding Huawei P20 Pro specs, there includes a triple rear camera with a 12 MP colour primary sensor, a 16 MP black and white sensor, and a 16 MP telephoto lens. Besides, the aperture gets f/1.8. For selfies, you’ll have an 8 MP snapper with f/2.0 aperture, while RAM/ROM options will go as high as 8GB/256GB. At the helm, we should find the Kirin 970 chipset and a 4,000 mAh battery. The P20 Pro’s display may be a 6″ 2,160×1,080 pixels. Controversially, but not unexpectedly, the P20 Pro will have a screen notch, and the fingerprint sensor moved to the back panel.
