New Moto G5 is available in India with Android Nougat and more

Lenovo expanded its Moto G series with the new Moto G5 which was announced at the MWC 2017 together with its bigger brother Moto G5 Plus. Since yesterday it is available in India. Design-wise, the Moto G5 comes in an aluminum metal body unlike its predecessor Moto G4 that has a plastic chassis. It also sports a 5.0-inch HD display and a front-mounted fingerprint sensor that is embedded in the home button. The phone is nicely weighted with 145g and is 9.5mm in thickness.

As for specs, it is powered by a 1.4GHz Qualcomm MSM8937 Snapdragon 430mobile processor and features 2/3GB of RAM along with 16/32GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 256GB with a microSD card. Additionally, the company has decided to provide the new Moto G5 with Android Nougat, Android’s latest operating system that has many advantages.

In terms of photography, the phone’s 13MP main shooter will do a good job with f/2.0, phase detection autofocus and LED flash. Also, the 5MPselfie snapper will provide you decent photos. Moreover, the new Moto G5 is fueled by a removable Li-Ion 2800 mAh battery. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, USB OTG, FM, 3G and 4G
