Lately, Sony leaked a video featuring their new Sony Xperia smartphone with thin bezels, edge-to-edge display and the screen ratio of 18:9. Let read the article below and find out more information about this new flagship.

NEW SONY XPERIA SMARTPHONE DESIGN

Earlier this year, Sony announced that they are going to release two new high-end smartphones after the success of Sony Xperia XZ Premium in June. In the video we mentioned above, it is likely that Sony wants to change their design strategy. This time, they go for a premium display screen to compete with others on the market.

The new Sony Xperia phone in the video has an edge-to-edge display screen with almost no bezels. New Sony Xperia phone screen can be up to 6 inches. It is a liquid-crystal display (LCD) of 1080 x 2160 pixels. The aspect ratio of the new Sony Xperia phone is 18:9 (or 2:1), offering a wider display than standard screens of 16:9 ratio. New Sony Xperia phone design also includes a shiny Corning Gorilla Glass board on the front and a smooth, full metal back.

Furthermore, on the right side of the phone, there are the Sony Home button and volume buttons. And on the left side, there is a 3.5mm headphone jack. Sony did not reveal any information about the new Sony Xperia phone specs yet. However, we notice in the video that the new Sony Xperia phone has a single primary camera on the back and a selfie snapper on the front.
