Nokia goal is to give consumer market a strike

As stated by CEO of Nokia, Mr. Rajeev Suri, at the 18th Nikkei Global Management Forum, Nokia is coming back and set a Nokia goal to give a strike into the world mobile consumer market. So what is Nokia going to do now?

Being a giant in the past, Nokia has a long path ahead to get back their crown. But “there are always two sides of a paper”, the intense of mobile industry can give Nokia both disadvantages and advantages. Nokia will be a new trend in the saturating mobile market. Some days ago, at the 18th Nikkei Global Management Forum which was held in Japan, the CEO claimed that it was important for Nokia to return and keep the business sustainable. We all know that the disappearance of Nokia in top phone manufacturers is the result of their refusal to change and Android OS utilization. However, Nokia goal in 2017 is to make use of their latest innovation – the 5G wireless technology, which comes with virtual reality and sensory devices.

As we announced in the last article, Nokia has acquired Alcatel-Lucent, a French telecommunications company in a $16.5 billion deal.Under the control of Nokia, the company now turns into Bell Laboratories. This is really a premise for Nokia goal because Alcatel was one of the largest communication research institutes in the world. Moreover, Withings, a French company with health-focused wearable devices, is also a part of Nokia now.
