OnePlus 3 launch: 15 June, through a Loop VR

After many leaked photos and rumored specs, the newest flagship of the OnePlus company will finally be launched. And this phone is on its way straight to India. The company has confirmed that OnePlus 3 will be coming to India on June 15th, right after its global debut. Like OnePlus 2 predecessor, OnePlus 3 launch will also be seen through a VR event on June 14th. That means that attendees will witness this flagship launch in VR. OnePlus 3 is gonna be available only in the Loop VR handset in the first 2 hours of the event.

The new phone from OnePlus will come with an all-in-one metal design. It will be available in 6 variants. 2 RAM options- 4/6GB go with 3 inbuilt storage versions-32/64/128GB. In this event, there might be 4GB RAM version first. In addition to OnePlus 3 specs, the phone will feature a 5.5-inch Full HD display. It’s gonna be powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 820 processor and Android 6.0 with Oxygen OS on top. For photography, you can use either a 16MP rear camera or an 8MP selfie snapper. There is also a front fingerprint scanner.

Last year, OnePlus opened pop-up stores for OnePlus 2. This time, the company also do it with this flagship. There will be 3 pop-up stores in Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore for OnePlus 3. You can go to these stores and have new experience on this handset. And if you like this phone, you can buy it right there. Yet the opening date for those store hasn’t been revealed.

OnePlus 3: price and release date

The OnePlus 3 launch will be on 15th June in India. On this day, the event is scheduled at 12.15 PM in New Delhi. About the OnePlus 3 price, the company has just unveiled the price of 4GB+32GB model. This version will be sold at Rs. 23999 ~ $361.
