After many hints and teasers, OPPO finally unveiled the successor of their “Selfie Expert” OPPO F7 – F9 today! Notably, the OPPO mobile appears with gradient colours on the back, and it comes with three options: Sunrise Red, Twilight Blue and Starry Purple. Also, it flaunts a 90.8% screen to body ratio, with a 19.5:9 screen covers most of the front. Regarding the design, there is a small V-shaped notch that holds a 25MP selfie camera with hardware support for HDR.

Now, let’s learn more about the OPPO F9 specs. Firstly, this handset offers a 6.3-inch display with 1080×2340 pixels screen resolution, put together with a 400 PPI pixel density. Moreover, this OPPO phone’s screen is one of the first handsets to come with Gorilla Glass 6 (along with the Oppo R17). Under the hood, the OPPO handset works on the powerful MediaTek Helio P60 processor with two quad-core Cortex A73 and Cortex A53 processors inside.

For the storage, it offers 4GB of RAM (with a 6GB option) and 64GB ROM, which can expand up to 256GB with MicroSD card. Also, it runs Color OS 5.2 based on Android 8.1 operating system. Meanwhile, the OPPO handset rocks a non-removable 3,500mAh juice box with VOOC flash charge support. On the photography department, OPPO F9 camera offers a dual 16MP + 2MP main shooter with an aperture of f/1.8. Also, the front camera is a 25MP lens with dual tone LED flash. Plus, this mobile also offers a built-in fingerprint sensor for added security.
