The phone will feature a 6″ 2K display, with an octa-core (4 x 2.45GHz & 4 x 1.9GHz) Snapdragon 835 and Adreno 540 under the hood. Other HTC U Ultra specs include 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM, expandable up to 256GB. As for HTC U Ultra cameras, the phone will have a dual 24MP + 13MP back cameras and a 16MP camera on the front. It will come with a non-removable 4000mAh battery.
