Samsung and Apple under investigation for planned obsolescence!

Recently, the Italian Competition and Market Authority (AGCM) has begun the official investigation against Apple and Samsung. While Apple issue isn’t new, the accusation comes as a big surprise for Samsung. This Korean brand has publicly stated that they don’t slow down their smartphones.

In details, Italian Competition and Market Authority received many consumer reports claiming the opposite. They are putting the exact charge that both brands are reducing the performance of old products to encourage people to buy new models. This action is done through a software update in all handsets. However, the big problem is that they didn’t inform the users about the consequences of doing this action.
