After the incident, Mr Loewen has complained to carrier Bell, but he got no deal with the faulty product. Hence, this man decided to contact Samsung directly, along with photos of the exploded Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. For now, he is waiting for the feedback from Samsung.

It seems that Smartphone explosions are becoming a trend. Not only Samsung, there are also some smartphone brands falling in the same case. For example, the Apple iPhone 6 and Apple iPhone 7 exploded recently. So, maybe manufacturers must change the battery technology. From the recent report, the new solid-state battery technology could be the replacement for the current battery technology.
