Samsung Galaxy Xcover 4: Water-resistant Design

The phone has made it appearance on many online news since January. And in the last few weeks, the phone was spotted several times on many benchmark software like GFXBench and GeekBench. However, we are still unsure of the design, but according to Samsung’s tradition, the phone should have a beefy look with water-resistant (IP67 certified) design. So now, let’s take a closer look and see everything this device has to offer.

In terms of Galaxy Xcover 4 specs, it will feature a 4.8″ HD display screen. The phone will be powered by an Exynos 7570 1.4GHz quad-core chipset and Mali-T720 GPU. It will also come with 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM (expandable up to 256GB via microSD slot). As for Galaxy Xcover 4 cameras, you should not expect anything fancy from this device. The phone is mounted with a 13MP back camera and a 5MP selfie camera.

The phone will target mid-range consumer, leaving the premium market for Samsung’s Galaxy Active series. However, both series are not designed for average users, so specs don’t really matter. That’s the main reason Samsung chose those hardware components for the Galaxy Xcover 4. However, things may change a little bit when the phone is officially revealed.

Samsung Galaxy Xcover 4: Price and Availability
