Steam Autumn Sale in Black Friday style!

It’s that time of the year again. That’s right, it’s Black Friday! Almost everything goes on sale now, and the game industry is no different. In the past, every Black Friday Sale was the perfect time for gamers to get the games they want, at a very reasonable price. That also includes some AAA (high-profile) games as well. Recently, Xbox Live and PlayStation Store has launched their Black Friday Sale. Now, for PC, we have the annual Steam Autumn Sale, coinciding with Black Friday Sale!

As usual, players will be able to purchase big games at a huge discount for the sale period. There are reported to be more than 12,000 games on sale, a huge number to browse through. Even better, there are many 2016 games as well, so there are no shortage of options for you gamers out there! However, one difference to this year’s Steam Autumn Sale is that there will not be flash sales every day for the sale period. So, don’t waste your time refreshing every eight hours or so, Steam has abandoned this practice this year. Still, the discounts are really great this year!

Additionally, players can also vote the first Steam Awards. There are many categories to vote for, and completing each and every category will earn you a Steam badge for your effort. The name of the categories are not your typical “Best games”, “Best visuals”, etc. Instead, we have the “Test of time” award, for games that remains all-time classics, or the “Villain most in need of a hug” award”, because “some people just need a hug”! You can nominate in the game’s store page, then you will be redirected back to the sale page!

Steam Autumn Sale: Big chance for players

The annual Steam Autumn Sale this year is really great, as you can buy your favorite games at a huge discount, and nominate games you like for the Steam Awards as well. The Sale period will last until November 29, and the Steam Awards will be held in December.
