Xiaomi Mi5 is Xiaomi’s next flagship that is rumored to release later this year. As the Mi 4i arrived recently to the Philippines for sub 10K  and have received very positive feed backs so far, this new high-end device is worth waiting for.

Xiaomi Mi5 leaked design: bezel-free

Leaked photos are revealing some design details of the alleged Xiaomi Mi 5. From what we see, it is very possible that the new flagship will feature very sleek, bezel-free design that allows the screen to stretch from the left edge to the right edge. Some sources even say that the Mi 5 will have no bezels at all and have an edge-to-edge display. Such design is very trendy and styling and makes the smartphone look much more premium and artsy.

Besides, in the leaked images, the Mi 5 seems to have a pair of openings at the bottom. And tech geeks are concerning whether the device will support USB Type-C port and loudspeaker or not.

In terms of Xiaomi Mi5 specs, the flagship offers a combination of very good features. For instances, it will be a beautiful 5.3” QHD display powered by 4GB RAM, 16GB storage and Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor. Also, to catch up with the camera phenomenon from latest smartphone, Xiaomi Mi5 camera is expected to pack a 20MP or at least 16MP for rear sensor.

Being on the level with OnePlus 2, the Mi 5 is said to make the smartphone competition more interesting. Though Xiaomi has not confirmed yet, tech forums are predicting Xiaomi Mi5 price to come at 1999 Yuan, which is PHP 14,700 in our currency. To make it easier for you to compare, the 16GB ROM OnePlus 2 is priced at around PHP 16K. We are excited to know official announcement from this young Chinese company.
