If HTC Dream is the first Android phone of Google, we have iPhone to be the real start of the smartphone era. It was launched in 2007 and equipped with Apple’s iOS mobile operating system – one of the best besides Android nowadays. Some of iPhone specs were a 3.5-inch 320 x 480p screen, a 412MHz chip, 4/8/16GB ROM (non-expandable), and a 2MP main camera.
