Now, the Chinese phone maker has expanded its Mi 9 series smartphone to add a new device with double the storage. In details, the Mi 9 phone is arriving with 8GB RAM and 256GB of onboard storage. Besides, the sales of this version are going to start on August 14^th.

As far as specs are concerned, the Mi 9 specs feature a 6.39-inch Super AMOLED with a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, and 1 9:5:9 aspect ratio. Additionally, this smartphone has Corning Gorilla Glass 6 protection. Moreover, the Mi 9 smartphone also features Sunlight mode 2.0, Reading mode 2.0, and Always-on Display. Under the hood, this phone works on Android 9.0 Pie-based on MIUI 10.

For the hardware department, the Mi 9 smartphone comes powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset, alongside Adreno 640 GPU. Speaking of the optics department, the Mi 9 camera packs a triple camera set up. It includes a 48MP Sony IMX586 primary lens, a 16MP wide-angle sensor, and a 12MP telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom support. For taking selfies and video calling, this smartphone carries a 20MP lens. Additionally, the Mi 9 phone gets its juices from a non-removable 3300mAh juice box.
