Meanwhile its US counterpart is so far speculated to have the Snapdragon 845 SoC, similar to the Galaxy S9 family. Coming towards the scores, the Geekbench listing shows that the mysterious Galaxy Note 9 has received a single-core score of 4,089; and multi-core score of 12,246.

These are higher than what the Snapdragon 845 chip was found to have received earlier this year. For comparison, the Snapdragon version notably received a single-core score of 2,190 and multi-core score of 8,806. It is unclear whether Samsung will install the Exynos 9820 chip on the final Galaxy Note 9 model, or it is so far just prototypes. Moreover, the new chip could also be based on 7nm process. A quick backstory, super VOOC is the fastest charging tech currently available in the market. The tech is owned by Chinese smartphone manufacturer and recently, OPPO used it on the Find X Lamborghini Edition flagship. For reference, the tech boasts of charging the 3400mAh battery in just 35 minutes. Since then, other companies have started noticing how efficient it is. And now, we might be seeing similar charging technology from Huawei as well.

To be specific, a Huawei Power adapter developed by Astec Electronics has passed 3C certification recently. It comes with model number HW-100400C00 and has a 10V/4A recharge configuration. The maximum charging power can go as high as 40W. That means it will break the ceiling of the 22.W fast charge present in the current Huawei P20 series. Previously, Huawei launched the Honor Magic back in 2016.

The Honor phone comes with 5V/8A fast charging tech which claimed to fully charge in 45 minutes. But with this new Huawei fast charging technology, it may reduce it to just 30 minutes. There is no information on about which smartphone the tech will debut yet, but we assume the company’s upcoming Huawei Mate 20 is going to feature this. Contrary to earlier reports, Chinese smartphone maker Huawei’s sub-brand Honor is set to launch “Honor 9X” on 24 July. However, the smartphone is going to be called “Honor 9N” based on the latest source. An online campaign #NoOdinaryBeauty has been started to attract the fans. In details, this much-awaited handset from Honor comes with a dual-lens camera, which could be a re-named version of its mid-range smartphone “Honor 9i (2018)”.

On the other hand, Honor India via its Twitter account shared a couple of teasers confirming the device with a hashtag Honor 9N. In the post, it mentioned, “Beauty is not what meets the eye but an essence that is all around us”.
