Based on the case renders, the connector is going to be placed right next to the USB-C port on the bottom.

From what we learned so far, the new affordable LG handset trademarked Q7 moniker back in March with the Korean Intellectual Property Office. At the moment, the phone allegedly got tested on Geekbench confirming more details on its specs. In details, the phone is most likely to arrive at a mini version of the LG G7 ThinQ. Meanwhile, we can also witness the LG Q8 available for almost a year hopefully.

According to the GeekBench test, the LG Q7 got a 630 single-core score and 2322 on the multi-core test. Unfortunately, we cannot compare the phone with other devices that powered by the equivalent MediaTek chip because of the differences between Geekbench versions. Furthermore, the benchmark shows that the LG Q7 (LM-Q710) offers 1.51 GHz clock speed based on its SoC performance.

Regarding LG Q7 Stylus specs, the handset would sport a 5.7-inch AMOLED display with resolutions of 2160×1440 pixels and 18:9 aspect ratio. For starter, UMIDIGI is planning to announce a wireless charging pad on May 17 under the name UMIDIGI Q1. This wireless charger will be suitable with any phone that supports Qi charging technology. By using this charging pad, you will be able to charge up the Samsung Galaxy S9, Xiaomi Mi MIX 2S, LG G7 ThinQ and so on.

UMIDIGI also says that its Q1 wireless charger will be able to recharge the UMIDIGI Z2 Pro, which sports a 3,650mAh battery, in 70 minutes. The company claims that the UMIDIGI Q1 will offer up to 80% charging efficiency. In addition to sharing all these news, UMIDIGI also released an official teaser video for the device. (Click here to watch). According to an image of the charger in the video, we’re not sure if that is the device itself, or just a placeholder image that UMIDIGI used.

So that the company does not reveal the whole device before the official announcement. If that image is legit, then the Q1 will sport a metal frame with glass on top, and it will look quite sleek. Moreover, there is a chance that UMIDIGI will apply some kind of anti-slip material on parts of the charger’s top. Guess that we’ll just have to wait and see.

In a tweet on May 10, leaker Evan Blass reported that Google would hold a special hardware event that will include the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL smartphone announcements. Additionally, Blass heard the news from what he called “a reliable source,” said Google will also showcase a second-generation pair of Pixel Buds earbuds; along with a new Pixel smart wear. This will be the first time Google ever releases a smartwatch if the news is believable.

By offering a smartwatch in addition to new earbuds and new Pixel handsets, Google is more firmly committing to competing against Apple. It also gives the company more authority over the overall experience and lets it showcase what its operating systems can do. Blass’ source didn’t say what the Pixel watch might look like or how it might work. But Google has recently revealed more information about its Wear OS (Android Wear).
