Step 1: Install the S8 launcher

Make sure your phone is running on Android 7.0 or this process will definitely fell. Clear the default stock launcher its cache from Settings. Download the apk from here and install it. Try pressing the home button, and You should see the new Galaxy S8 launcher.

Step 2: Install Bixby app

Step 3: Install AOD
