This year, Ubisoft is having a 30-year anniversary of the company. From July, registered members of have been given one free Ubisoft PC game each month. Now, the identity of the next free game is unveiled.

Next free Ubisoft PC Game revealed!

Ubisoft has been celebrating its 30th year in a most generous fashion. For each month since June, registered players are given one free Ubisoft PC game per month. Granted that these games are quite old, they are still very good games, and they were hits back when they were released. To get these games, you will need to have a Uplay account. Then you will go to the Ubi30 webpage on a specified date. Then click on “Get the game now”, and follow the instructions.

Recently, Ubisoft has revealed the identity of the next game that will be given for free. It will be Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon. The game will be available for free on November 9, which is very soon. This game has been rated very highly by critics. Game critic Kevin VanOrd shared that his game will give you the ‘fever’. This action-packed shooter will give you all the action you want, and n the end all you will have left is satisfaction.

While you wait for Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon to be available, you can still get Beyond Good & Evil for free now. It has been the free game of October, and will be replaced by Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon on November 9. Other games that have been distributed for free are Prince of Persia: The sands of Time, The Crew, Rayman Origins, and Splinter Cell. December will be the last month of Ubisoft’s celebration, and we will keep you updated on the last free Ubisoft PC game.

After the smashing success of the first Star Wars Battlefront, people are expecting a second installment in the future. Now, EA has recently confirmed the existence of Star Wars Battlefront 2!

Star Wars Battlefront 2 confirmed!

Star Wars Battlefront has an interesting history. Originally, it was supposed to be the third installment of the original series. However, for unknown reasons, LucasArts did not follow through with the project. Some time passed, and in 2015, the game revived, with the intention of rebooting the series. It has been massively successful, and has garnered interests back to the series again. It is one of the prime examples of games coming back from the dead, in a spectacular fashion. With its success, people are expecting a second installment. Recently, EA has confirmed that there will be Star Wars Battlefront 2.

Recently, EA’s CFO Blake Jorgensen has revealed that Battlefront 2 will be released somewhere at the end of 2017. It may have a different name, but for now that is not uncertain. Jorgensen has stated that EA is working very hard n developing this game. The company want to make sure that he game will offer players a deep story and engaging experience. With how good the first game was, players’ expectation for the second game is very high.

We don’t have a firm release date for this game yet, but know we sort of have an expected time for at least an announcement. The expected timeframe is not really surprising either, as end of year is the time that most big games usually launch. The first Star Wars Battlefront was launched in November 2015. This year’s November, some big games are launched as well. It’s good to hear that at least EA still has it going accordingly. Hopefully we will get an announcement for Star Wars Battlefront 2 soon!

Lenovo Mobile brand will no longer exist. This brand is reported to be integrated into Moto brand. So, is it true? Let’s find out!

Lenovo Mobile brand will no longer exist

Lenovo Mobile is one of the popular smartphones in the Chinese market. This phone brand even acquired the American phone brand- Motorola. Now, this company is reported to change its name to Moto in the upcoming time. This is not the first time we heard about this. Back to September, this Lenovo Mobile brand was said to stop the Lenovo smartphone series.

That’s could be the reason why new Lenovo phones rarely show up in the market. According to some truth-worthy resources, there will be no phone under the Lenovo name anymore. Later on, there will be just Moto smartphones. On the 8th November event, Lenovo will launch their two new Lenovo P2 and Moto M. This P2 is the last phone will come with the Lenovo brand name.

About the reported last Lenovo phone, let’s have a look at this phone again. Under the hood, Lenovo P2 is said to be powered by a 2.0Ghz octa-core SND 625 processor and run on Android Marshmallow OS. It will have 3 versions: 3/4GB RAM + 32GB ROM and 4GB RAM + 64GB ROM. These models come with a microSD card for 256GB expandable storage. The other Lenovo P2 specs include a 5.5-inch FHD display, a huge 5100mAh cell, and a combo of 5MP + 13MP cameras.

Lenovo event: worth to wait

As we know that, Lenovo will hold an event on 8th November to announced their 2 new phones: Lenovo P2 and Moto M. However, we barely know that Lenovo may change its name. We often think that iPhone creates a friendly platform for app developers as well as many safe apps for downloads. Cancelling a project is not that strange in any industry, gaming included. There have been many cancelled games for various reasons. However, there are some cases of them coming back stronger than ever, like in this list of back from dead games!

1. Overwatch

Yes, it’s hard to believe, isn’t it? Overwatch is actually a revamped version of a scrapped project from Blizzard. It was called Titan, and was also deemed to be a shooter MMO. The resurrection of Titan turns out to be Overwatch, which has garnered big success for Blizzard. In the original version, the setting was the sci-fi version of Earth. The planet has just defended itself from an alien invasion, and there were character classes such as reaper or jumper. Blizzard eventually switch from aliens to Omnics in Overwatch, and the classes turn into some of the most iconic characters, such as jumper to Tracer.

At first, as the CEO of Blizzard Mike Morhaime said, they did not find the concept of Titan fun at all. However, most of the cores of the original game has been implemented for the final product, Overwatch. Some assets has been reused, the globe-trotting theme of Titan is also present in Overwatch with the diverse locales. The cancellation of Titan, while quite tragic, gave birth to one of the best shooter games to date.

2. Star Wars Battlefront

This game is based on the original game Star Wars battlefront III. The original was not even acknowledged to be in development by LucasArts (which has been closed down). However, DICE’s reboot of the game gained massive success. Launched in 2015, it has since become the best-selling Star Wars game in history. There are plans for a sequel too, and EA has stated that the contents will be based on the new movies.

3. Team Fortress

We all know Team Fortress 2, one of the best shooting games. The first installment, however, was originally a Quake mod. It helped started the trend of class-based shooter games. Valve decided to shift the settings from World War 2 to a more modern warfare, and has been highly praised at the first showings in E3 1999. However, it was not only until 2007 that the game was launched, and it captured players immediately with cartoon-ish looking characters, with fun gameplay and cool customization system.One of the best examples of best from dead games.

4. Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege

By 2008, the Tom Clancy’s Rainbow six franchise was established very well (and still is today). At the time, people expect a new version of the game every year or two. However, many years passed before we got a new game since Rainbow Six Vegas 2. The truth is, Ubisoft planned to make the franchise go into a more story-driven direction with Rainbow Six Patriot. In 2011, footages of the game showed some tense scenes, with difficult choices, even dangling on ethical issues. In 2013, Patriot was cancelled because it was deemed not good enough. It returns again in 2014 as Siege, a multiplayer, e-sport type of game, and has been very successful.

5. Prey

Back at E3 2011, everyone was wowed with what Prey 2 showcased. A drak, Blade Runner-like world, where players will take the role of a bounty hunter armed with cool gadgets and weapons, and of course, some amazing skills. Unfortunately, the vision for the game never came together, and Bethesda decided to shut it down. However, in 2016, they game has come back, with the simple title of Prey. It bears resemblances to System Shock, and almost no remnants of the original was found. One of the prime examples of back from dead games.

Samsung Galaxy S8: rumor around the OLED display

After the Note 7 incidents. it seems that Samsung is being through a hardship. However, it does not mean that all the Samsung’s smartphones would have the same fate as the Samsung Galaxy Note 7. It is true that there are many other made-by Samsung devices that are well received by users. For example, Galaxy S7 Edge or S7. For now, Samsung is working hard on other projects to regain their reputation. One of those projects is the release of Galaxy S8. So far, we have already got the alleged of the Galaxy S8 specs as well as design. But, those information is not official yet.

There is a rumor that the S8’s display would get full-screen OLED display. We have doubted so because Samsung Display researcher stated in the International Meeting that a full-screen display would be launched next year and the display area ratio will reach more than 90%. In comparison to Galaxy S7 Edge, the difference in screen-to-body ratio would be 20%. As a result, Samsung would reduce the bezel in the top and bottom of previous phones. However, increasing the display area ratio result in a change of the sensor’s location. So may be, Samsung manufacturers would move the sensor to the back of the phone.

Samsung Galaxy S8 is hinted to mount a Super AMOLED 4K Ultra HD display that has either 5.1 inches or 5.5 inches. In addition, the phone would be packed with a SND 830 (or at least 821) chipset for the US market, and Exynos 8893 for the international model. Sony’s PlayStation 4 (PS4) has a good streaming service called PlayStation Vue. Sony has announced that support for Android TV has started. Soon, the feature will be available on PC and Mac too!

PS4 TV Streaming service Vue will come to PC

Vue is the streaming service of PS4. The support for Android TV has already started. Recently, Sony has announced that the company will roll out the service for PC and Mac in the near future. On those two platforms, there will be a feature called “mini-player”, allowing you to minimize Vue to the corner of the screen. That way, you can browse the web or play games while watching at the same time. We will keep you updated once this service hits both platforms.

Everyone can sign up for Vue when they purchase a PS4 or PS3. If you still don’t have an account yet, you can do so online. You can try out the service for free for a week with the 7-day trial option on the website. Then, for use on Android TV, you will need to download the Vue app. Take note, you need to be on OS 4.4 or higher for Android TV. There are four different plans for the service, which we will mention below.

Besides PS4 and Android TV just recently, Vue is also available on PS3, Roku, and iOS and Android mobile devices. One account can use up to five devices to stream at the same time. The most basic plan, Access, will have 55+ channels for $30. Upgrade to Core for $5 more, at $35, you will get 70+ channels. At $45, the Elite plan gives you 100+ channels. The highest plan, Ultra, will include HBO and Showtime, plus all channels from Elite, for $65. You can choose the package that fits your needs the most!
