ASUS ZenFone 3 specs: 4GB RAM, SD 820 chip, and 23MP cam

Well, it seems like because ASUS ZenFone 3 release date is coming closer, more details about it are starting being unveiled. Speaking specifically, not long ago, Antutu benchmark showed people some specs of a model coded as ASUS Z016D, which is believed to be ASUS ZenFone 3. Basically, it is run by a Snapdragon 820 chipset, a Full HD display, 4GB of RAM, 32GB of internal memory, and Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS out of the box.

Well, no doubt they are very good features for a smartphone, yet we cannot say that it’s gonna be an outstanding one. 4GB RAM is just like the ASUS ZenFone 2 introduced last year. However, although this Zen 3 is not able to wow consumers with a new RAM record, its combo of an 8MP selfie plus a 23MP primary shooter is fantastic. Perhaps the company has decided to follow the camera-centric handset trend of 2016. Then, we can’t wait to see how images produced by the Zen 3 will look like. And you?

ASUS ZenFone 3 price and availability

As we know, ASUS ZenFone 3 will not come alone. It’s gonna debut with two other siblings called ZenFone 3 Deluxe and ZenFone 3 Max, but not on May 30, 2016 as we heard before. The “Zenvolution” series actually will be announced next month, which has been claimed by the company’s CEO – Mr. Jerry Shen, recently. After that, they will go on sale in six countries in August. Nokia Comes Back with Android 2016!

It’s been quite a long time since we saw the last smartphone with Nokia Brand on it. Nokia Phones has officially announced their plan to return to making phones, and not only Nokia smartphones but also Nokia tablets. More interestingly, they will run on Android OS, probably Android Marshmallow or Android N. Nokia’s Comeback 2016 will include the formation of a new company called HMD global Oy. 

HMD global Oy has just been founded and based in Finland, headed by Arto Nummela, who used to be a senior Nokia executive and is managing a big part of Microsoft’s phone division. The important thing is that Nokia will join the HMD’s board of directors and build up standards for performance and brand requirements. Nokia Inc. will make sure that “all Nokia-branded products exemplify consumer expectations of Nokia devices, including quality, design and consumer-focused innovation.”

Wow, that sounds absolutely great, rite?! Moreover  HMD will invest 500 million dollars in global marketing for the next three years in order to strengthen the Nokia Brand in the mobile world. This is very good news, since Nokia 2016 is still a strong brand, but with the Marketing budgets of Apple and Samsung, they need to spend to get back on top!  Does it mean we’re gonna see Nokia everywhere?

Nokia phones and tablets will come back simultaneously?

Last but not least, also related to Nokia comeback 2016’s plan, a company named FIH Mobile Limited (a subsidiary of Foxconn as well) will acquire the rights to Nokia feature phones from Microsoft in the H2 of 2016 after paying 350 million dollars. Additionally, they will acquire Microsoft Mobile Vietnam. who used to produce all Nokia Smartphones for Microsoft before.

Well, those are some main points about the design of this “Futuristic Mobile”. However, unfortunately, there’s nothing official about this 3-screen smartphone specs getting revealed. As what people may expect, hopefully it will have Quad HD resolution, a Snapdragon 820 chipset and Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS to be basic.
