Without much fanfare, Honor unveiled the first phone in its Magic 6 lineup with the Magic 6 Lite. The midrange device brings a rebranded Honor X9b featuring the same design and specifications headlined by Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chip. As a successor to the Honor Magic 5 Lite, the new phone comes with numerous enhancements and upgrades. The company claims that the new device has a 5-star SGS certification, providing enhanced safety for the device’s body and components. With dimensions of 163.6mm x 75.5mm x 7.98mm and weighing 185 grams, the handset is compact and lightweight.

Coupled with Honor’s anti-bounce display technology, this phone is designed to offer comprehensive 360-degree protection. Running on MagicOS 7.2, which is based on Android 13, the dual nano SIM-supported smartphone offers a seamless and user-friendly interface. Moreover, the gadget is listed on Honor’s Italy website with a sole configuration of 8GB RAM and 256GB onboard storage. Besides, the Honor Magic 6 Lite specs feature a curved 6.78-inch AMOLED display with 1220 x 2652px resolution. With a refresh rate of 120Hz and a peak brightness of 1200 nits, the visuals are vibrant and captivating. 

Additionally, the phone features a PWM dimming rate of 1920Hz to safeguard your eyes when using it in a dark environment or when the display brightness is quite low, ensuring a comfortable viewing experience. For optics, the Honor Magic 6 Lite camera sports a triple camera unit in a ring-like circular module at the back. This setup includes a 108MP primary sensor with 3x lossless zoom, a 5MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro shooter. Furthermore, the phone carries a 16MP front camera sensor for selfies and video calling. Battery-wise, the handset houses a 5300mAh battery supporting 35W wired fast charging. For security, the phone incorporates an in-display fingerprint sensor. It also offers various connectivity options such as Wi-Fi 802.11, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, GPS, GLONASS, Beidou, Galileo, and USB Type-C. Lastly, the new beast is available in three vibrant color options: Emerald Green, Midnight Black, and Sunrise Orange. 

Honor Magic 6 Lite release date and price
