According to several reports, Honor is planning to add two budget smartphones to its portfolio soon. In details, these devices are dubbed as the Honor 8A and Honor 8A Pro spotting on the Chinese certification agency TENAA’s website. At the moment, the Honor 8A duo has been certified by Wi-Fi Alliance on the FCC certification listing with some photos. As we learned, the 8A Pro (JAT-LX3) image shows the front and rear of the smartphone.

Moreover, the smartphone appears with a waterdrop notch above the screen allowing the higher screen-to-body ratio as compared to its predecessor. Also, the images suggest a unibody design, a single primary camera, and a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. Under the hood, the 8A Pro gets power from a 2.4GHz MediaTek SoC. Otherwise, the Huawei handset ships with Android Pie out-of-the-box.

According to earlier reports, the Huawei Honor 8A Pro specs feature a 6.28-inch LCD screen with HD+ resolution. Otherwise, the Honor 8A Pro phone is aided by 6GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard memory. Also, the inbuilt storage would offer an expanding option to 256GB via a microSD card slot. Besides, the Huawei Honor 8A Pro camera packs a dual 16MP+2MP primary shooter with an LED flash. Whereas, there could be an 8MP selfie snapper. Furthermore, the handset would equip with a 2,920mAh battery. The new device is likely to come in multiple color variants, including Blue, Black, Gold, and Red.
