Previously, Huawei was working on a third Mate 20 device. Since the company has often launched Porsche Design versions of its flagships, we were already waiting for the Huawei Mate 20 Porsche Design. However, the company has suggested that this would be not the case in a tweet today via its official account. As we learned, the third smartphone was announced alongside the Mate 20 duo, dubbed as the Mate 20X.

According to our sources, this confirmation was attached to another teaser video, which hinted at a rather large battery. Moreover, there likely appears the presence of a new heat-pipe that help avoid any throttling when playing high-tier games. All of the revealed specs are towards a dedicated gaming phone. At this moment, there are not many details about the upcoming offering hinted.

After some digging around, there appear Huawei Mate 20X specs towards a ginormous 7.21-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2240 x 1080 pixels. Hardware-wise, the smartphone presumably comes equipped with the 2.6GHz Hisilicon Kirin 980 chipset. Moreover, the storage configurations were associated with either 4GB, 6GB, or 8GB of RAM. Meanwhile, the onboard memory is variable ranging from 128GB to 512GB. Software-wise, the handset runs Android Oreo 8.1 (upgradable to Android 9). Also, Huawei Mate 20X camera includes a triple 40 MP (f/1.8) + 20MP (f/1.6) + 8MP (f/2.4) rear snappers and an 8MP selfie snapper (f/2.0). Otherwise, Huawei phone gets power from a mighty 5800mAh battery.

Hopefully, the Mate 20X to go official on October 16. Also, Huawei phone also takes the wraps off of the regular Mate 20 and the slightly more premium Pro model at the same time. Moreover, the Huawei Watch GT and the Freebuds 2 Pro are official too. Whereas, Huawei Mate 20X price starts around Rs. 125, 000.
