iPhone with a triple camera is coming in May

A few weeks ago, Huawei brought fresh air to the smartphone camera design by using a triple camera setup in the Huawei P20 Pro. Then recently, many rumours brought out that Apple would follow the same path. Jeff Pu – analyst at Yuanda Securities – said in a recent research report that the next line of iPhones (in the second half of next year) would have at least one device with a triple camera setup just like the trendsetter Huawei P20 Pro.

Jeff Pu did not give any specific details, but a previous speculation by Economic Daily News suggests that it would have 6-piece lenses with a maximum 5x zoom. And at least one of the lenses was said to have 12 MP resolution. For the longest time, Apple has always reserved the best for last just as it did with the X flagship. However, the possibility of the triple camera lens iPhones this year is very low. Thus we might have to wait until the end of next year.

As for other specs of this new alleged triple cam device, we think it would still be the same as the iPhone X. In details, Apple iPhone X specs arrive with a 5.8-inch super AMOLED touchscreen (1125 x 2436 pixels resolution). Besides, the phone runs on Apple A11 Bionic chipset and iOS 11.3. For the storage, Apple iPhone X comes with different variants of 3GB RAM with 64GB/ 216GB ROM. Moreover, Apple iPhone X camera features a dual 12MP snapper on the back and a single 7MP front-facing shooter. Lastly, iPhone X battery has a 2716mAh battery capacity and a price tag of $1,230 ~ Rs. 80,147.
