1. Asus Zenfone Max

The first competitor is Asus Zenfone Max. Both this phone and Lenovo K5 Note are powered by 2GB of RAM and feature a 13MP on the back. However, some of Asus Zenfone Max specs are better than Lenovo K5 Note specs. Zenfone Max comes with 32GB of ROM, two times higher than that of the Lenovo phone. Besides, two quad-core processors of Zenfone Max are more flexible and battery-saving than an octa-core processor of K5 Note.

However, Zenfone Max’s pixel density comes at only 267ppi, while Lenovo K5 Note’s is 401ppi. The Asus phone features only 5MP front cam, 3MP lower than that of the Lenovo phone. Another rival against Asus Zenfone Max is OnePlus 3. OnePlus 3 specs and Lenovo K5 Note specs share many things in common. Both of them go with 13MP main camera, 3500mAh battery and 5.5-inch full HD screen display with 401ppi. But when it comes to internal storage, OnePlus 3 is the better one with 64GB, two times bigger than K5 Note’s. Another advantage of the OnePlus phone is 4GB of RAM. Lenovo K5 Note only features half of it. However, OnePlus 3 goes with two dual-core processors, not as powerful as an octa-core processor of K5 Note. They run on exactly the same processor: a 1.8GHx octa-core processor with Cortex A53, sitting on MediaTek MT6755 chipset and Mali-T860 MP2 GPU. They also come with a 13MP camera on the back. However, Meizu M3 Note offers 64GB of ROM (128GB expandable), while Lenovo K5 Note supports 32GB. The battery capacity of these devices is also different. Meizu M3 Note’s is stronger with 4100mAh than K5 Note’s with 3500mAh. Moreover, the Meizu M3 packs 3GB of RAM, more powerful than the 2GB RAM of the Lenovo phone. Meizu M3 Note price comes at $153.

4. Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 (16GB)

With a 5.5-inch full HD display, 16GB of ROM and 2GB of RAM, Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 and Lenovo K5 Note deserve a comparison! What makes Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 specs stronger than K5 Note is the 16MP camera and the 4050 mAh battery. The Xiaomi phone also supports quick-charging, which is lack from the Lenovo phone. However, while Lenovo K5 Note sports an octa-core processor, Xiaomi Note 3 comes with only a dual-core and a hexacore processor. As for Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 price, you’ll need to pay $147.

As a rival of Lenovo K5 Note, LeTV Le 1s comes with both advantage and disadvantage. First up, Le 1s only packs a 3000mAh battery, a 5MP front snapper and only 32GB of non-expandable memory, while K5 Note sports a 3500mAh battery, an 8MP selfie shooter, and 128GB of expandable memory. However, this LeTV phone offers 3GB of RAM. Other LeTV (LeEco) Le 1s specs are the same as Lenovo K5 Note specs, including the screen display, the processor, the chipset and the front camera. One more advantage from the LeTV phone is its budget-friendly price. LeTV Le 1s price comes at only $137.

6. Coolpad Note 3 Plus

5.5-inch full HD screen with 401ppi: checked! Octa-core processor: checked! So overall there’s nothing different in terms of display and performance between Coolpad Note 3 Plus specs and Lenovo K5 Note specs. About the memory, Coolpad Note 3 Plus is better with 3GB of RAM. However, the Coolpad phone only comes with 3000mAh battery and 5MP of front snapper, not as powerful as those of the Lenovo phone. But Coolpad Note 3 Plus price is much lower: only $133.
