During the weekend, Chinese high-end smartphone manufacturer company 84 has held an important event to share their upcoming plan to the public. In detail, they celebrated their 5th anniversary this year, then went on to unveil a special handset to mark the occasion. Notably, they introduced 8848’s first-ever luxury 5G smartphone under the name Titanium M6. Asides this special feature, the handset also carries something that caught our eyes.

Surprisingly, it is also the first phone on the market to run on the brand new Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chipset. Regarding the details of this processor, we need to wait until its official launching next month. Furthermore, the luxury handset also carries massive 12GB RAM and up to 1TB storage! On the other hand, the 8848 Titanium M6 is going to pack a large 6.01-inch AMOLED screen with 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution.

On another note, the 8848 Titanium M6 5G camera is going to include a 64MP rear snapper; which can shoot 100MP-quality photos. For now, there is no mention of the front camera or battery yet. Finally, while other companies go for the AI-based smart assistants, 8848’s assistant service is reportedly made up of real people. They will handle minor tasks for customers. As the company believes smart assistants can’t provide good enough services for their customers; they decided to launch a personal assistant service made of real people.

For now, all we know is that the 8848 Titanium M6 5G release date should fall in the first quarter of next year. As for 8848 Titanium M6 5G price, it’s still a secret. On another hand, the Chinese brand announced its “5G Zero Distance” plan during the event. Basically, it helps to make switching to 5G easy. To subscribe to the plan, all you have to do is purchase its current phone (8848 Titanium M5). When the M6 launches, you will be able to purchase it at the same price you bought the M5.
