New Huawei’s devices at MWC – Huawei MediaPad X2 & the Y635

At MWC, Huawei has just announced their two new devices – Huawei MediaPad X2 as well as Huawei Y635 along with their wearable Huawei Watch.

Huawei MediaPad X2

Firstly, Huawei MediaPad X2 features a 7″ display tablet, along with LTE connectivity also. Moreover, its phone sports  a 1,920 x 1,200 panel with a 16:10 ratio. Comparing to its predecessor, its phone is much compact thanks to minimal bezel surrouding.

In additionally, the Huawei MediaPad X2 comes with the latest high-end chipset of its maker, the Kirin 930, clocked at an octa-core 2.0GHz processor. More interesting, the phone will come with an astonishing 5000 mAh battery along with a 13 megapixel main camera as well as reasonable 5MP secondary shooter. There are two options for us, one is 2GB/16GB variant, the other is 3GB/32GB version.

The latest Android 5.0 Lollipop is now surfacing in many flagship smartphones. So, it’s easy to understand about its update of its OS, exalted by Huawei’s home-brewed Emotion UI. Moreover, we’ll get dual-Sim version of both storage options (2GB/16GB, 3GB/32GB) will be available.

Huawei Y635

There’s no high-end flagship from this Chinese smartphone makers, but at least what it does have is primarily Huawei Y635 – entry level handset. New Huawei’s smartphone is Huawei Y635 with LTE connectivety and NFC at a bargain basement price. Although reviews of the device appeared in UK tech websites, but we still do not have any reliable press pics.

As specs-wise, the Huawei Y635 packs a 5″ screen along with a mid-end 854 x 480 pixel resolution for an unimpressive 196ppi density. But over all, its phone will report a quad-core processor, clocked at 1.2GHz, accompanied with 1GB of RAM. Sadly the phone will support only little 4GB of on-board storage, but at least that’s expandable via microSD. Besides, the Y635 packs 5MP main camera along with a single LED flash as well as  2000mAh battery which users can replace by other thanks to a removable back cover. Moreover, its phone also supports microSIM and memory card slots.

For the price, althoug no official words but some rumours said that its phone will likely to be sub £125 (less than $200, PHP 8817).
