LG G7 New LG G7 2018: advanced Iris Scanner and more

LG just announces that the new LG G7 2018 is going to come with a new Iris scanner for higher security level. Thus, LG G7 is the successor of LG G6 with a creative bezel-less design. According to our sources, the new Iris Scanner tracks the biometrics characteristics of the eye. In details, the scanner sets up both the dark and light screen in case users are in low-light condition. This is because the iris sizes change depending on how much light it gets from the surrounding.

Most of Iris Scanner should work with infrared light. However, LG has developed a camera on this upcoming LG G7. This setup can switch from infrared light to regular one. LG confirms to bring this new camera setup to keep the top bezel smaller while fewer cameras and sensor are available on the front. As far as it concerns, LG G7 Iris Scanner is not only for phone unlock but also helps to protect sensitive information.
