There have been a lot of Nokia news lately. One of the phones that were on the plan for release this year was Nokia P1. However, now we have words that there is a new Nokia P1 Mini as well, with 4GB RAM, 5.0″, and 3000mAh!

This year has been quite successful for Nokia so far. It made waves with a successful comeback at MWC, introducing new smartphones and a modern look of a favorite feature phone. Then, to the delight of Nokia fans, Nokia promised a lot more to come for the rest of the year, and it seems the brand is keeping its words. Nokia 7, 8, 9, all are potential flagships, have been teased recently. The phones in MWC, Nokia 3, 5, 6 and 3310, are going to launch globally soon. Now, there are words of a new Nokia P1 Mini smartphone as well!

As the name suggest, the new Nokia P1 Mini is a toned down variant of another speculated flagship, the Nokia P1. As such, Nokia P1 Mini specs is also less powerful than the original P1. Under the hood, there is the new octa-core SND 660 processor, along with 4GB RAM and 32GB ROM. You can further extend the internal storage by up to 256GB via microSD card. The phone also houses a 3000mAh battery as well.

Coming to the outside, Nokia P1 Mini sports a 5.0-inch display with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 (Full HD). A layer of Gorilla Glass 5 protects the screen also. Nokia P1 Mini camera features a 12MP lens at the rear as the main shooter, and the sensor is likely Carl Zeiss’ technology. On the front is an 8MP lens for taking selfies. This phone runs Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS out of the box, and like future Nokia smartphones is eligible for Android O.
