As we all know, the fastest internet option now is the “fourth generation” or 4G technology. The strongest 4G LTE allows you to download everything at the speed of 50mbps. While 4G is not used around the world on a wide scale, Nokia is aiming to bring the next 5G to India. Nokia will join hands with top Indian telcos to improve the current internet connection here. In fact, internet users in India haven’t had good experience of fast connection. It was noted that over one billion Indian people were stuck with 2G during 2016. This number is equal to 90% of mobile users. A brighter change is coming after network carriers in India were criticized for the poor internet technology. Remarkably, a memorandum of understanding (MoU) has been signed between Nokia and 2 top Indian telcos (Airtel and BSNL). Network infrastructure in India will be improved as a new effort to support 5G.

The new 5G technology will come into reality in 4 or 5 years. This should be done with better infrastructure, preparations, processes and observations. Nokia is trying so hard to improve user experience in India. If they are successful, downloading will only take seconds instead of minutes to hours. Then, web page loading will go 30 to 50 times faster. This is compared to our latest 4G, not to mention the 2G in India.
