According to our sources, the Chinese brand is finalizing the launch of its next flagship: OnePlus 15. As the successor of the OnePlus 13, this model arrives with many upgrades. Firstly, we have been hearing about the slight downgrade of its display. In detail, the OnePlus phone is coming with a 6.78-inch screen with a 165Hz refresh rate display and 1.5K resolution.
Under the hood, the new OnePlus 15 is going to run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 processor. Based on what we learnt, Qualcomm is launching this processor in September, just in time for its release. Regarding the storage, it offers 12/16GB of RAM and 256GB/512GB/1TB of ROM. For now, there is no mention of a microSD card slot. Furthermore, it should come with the Android 15 operating system.
Let’s move on to the photography setup. Firstly, the OnePlus 15 camera is reportedly packing triple 50MP + 50MP + 50MP rear snappers. At the front, it has a 32MP selfie lens. Regarding the battery, the Chinese smartphone carries a 7000mAh battery with 100W wired charging support. For the color options, we are looking at some interesting choices like Black Eclipse, Arctic Dawn, and Midnight Ocean. Last but not least, the OnePlus 15 has adopted a new design: rounded corners with a rectangle-shaped camera island.
