OnePlus 5T Star Wars Edition: 8GB RAM, Dual cam

Recently, OnePlus has announced a Star Wars Special Edition of their OnePlus 5T during the Bengaluru Comic-Con festival in India. Firstly, based on the released pictures, this OnePlus handset has a great design with two primary colors: white and red! Additionally, there is a Star Wars logo at the back bottom of the handset. On the contrary, the front of the phone is black, and all the buttons are on the side. Furthermore, the alert sliders spot a vibrant bright red decoration. As for the internal hardware, this version comes with similar specs to the OnePlus 5T.

For the processor, various themes and wallpaper are coming with this version, as well as different sound effects. Thus, there is no official date for this OnePlus 5T Star Wars special edition yet. However, we expect this OnePlus version to come this December, around the movie Star Wars: The Last Jedi’s release date on December 15. Additionally, this OnePlus 5T Star Wars edition has a high chance of being limited only to India market. Previously, there has been a rumor about a Star Wars-themed edition on XDA Developers site, but OnePlus sure took sometimes to announce this version.

Notably, OnePlus 5T specs feature a 6-inch 18:9 AMOLED display. Additionally, this OnePlus handset comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor, and either 6GB or 8GB of RAM. For the storage, there are also two versions: 64GB or 128GB (expandable up to 256GB via microSD). The OnePlus 5T has a 3,300 mAh battery Dash Charge. The camera system sports a Dual: 16 MP (f/1.7, 27mm) + 20 MP (f/1.7) primary snapper. Furthermore, OnePlus 5T also has a 16MP (f/2.0). Finally, OnePlus 5T runs on Android 7.1.1 (Nougat) out of the box.

OnePlus 5T Star Wars Edition release date and price

For now, the standard version of OnePlus 5T price starts at $500 ~ Rs.32,380. However, for OnePlus 5T Star Wars Edition price, we expect it to begin at $700 ~ Rs.45,167.
