Shotgun – the deadly weapon every Resident Evil fan is familiar with. In a new teaser, Capcom has revealed to players the appearance of the good old weapon. Along with it is the item boxes and the return of a very familiar inventory management system. With this new information, now gamers don’t have to worry – they will be able to wreck things up, just like old time! It will be especially handy, considering the settings of the game: you are trapped inside a house, with spooky and scary figures (or monsters) chasing you!

The appearance of the item box is kind of expected, because it has been sort of a staple for the franchise since the very first game. However, Capcom, until this new teaser, has never confirmed anything, so people were quite skeptical. With this Resident Evil 7 new teaser, you can catch a glimpse of the item box in action, as well as the mechanics of the inventory system. Watch the teaser below, and everything will be clearer!

Interesting enough, it seems the inventory management system from Resident Evil 4, one of the the highest rated of the franchise, is coming back. This means that we will be having fun shuffling and rotating items around, and fixing them into a grid. Space management, in a sense. Of course, in the teaser, we see the famous shotgun as well. The main character even takes some time to marvel at the beauty of it. It still looks as sleek as ever, and hopefully, still pack a punch!
