Samsung Exynos 9820 and 5G RF chipset are now in development stage!

At the beginning of 2018, Samsung has introduced their powerful Exynos 9810 chipset. This particular chip has appeared in their latest flagships release Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 Plus. On the other hand, many reports have suggested about another grand project of the Korean brand. In details, they were planning for the development of 5G. Previously, Qualcomm has been the first to take on the work for 5G Snapdragon modem.

Not losing behind, Samsung is going to implement this technology in their next generation of Exynos chipset. Furthermore, Samsung employees have been working on the Samsung Exynos 9820 since January 2018. They are now doing various tasks like CPU validation, Debug architecture and solving issues. Similarly, the same team is also working on the 5G RF chip which supports gigabit speeds for Samsung handsets.

On another hand, Samsung Exynos 9820 chipset is built on the 7nm EUV process, which is now a part of Samsung’s production line. For the product, we can expect this chipset to appear in the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 flagship. In details, Samsung Galaxy Note 9 specs sport a 6-inch touchscreen with a resolution of 1080 x 2048 pixels. For the operating system, this next Galaxy Note phone will run Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box. On top of that, the Galaxy Note 9 is likely to have 6GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 400GB via microSD. Besides, Samsung Galaxy Note 9 camera can be a dual 12MP + 12MP lens with the autofocus system. There is also another 8MP selfie snapper on the front. Also, the Samsung device possibly owns a 3500 MHz battery.
