Samsung Galaxy P30 to debut as Galaxy A series

Recently, there is a rumour that Samsung is preparing the two upcoming Galaxy P line: Galaxy P30 and Galaxy P30 Plus. However, there could be no Galaxy P series of the company. The reason is that the P series aimed at China and India, but the company lost its shares in these countries. Moreover, there is no confirmation about the P lineup. Therefore, it might join the Galaxy A series. To recall, the two Samsung Galaxy P30 have been unveiled the storage and colour options.

In details, both handsets offer 64GB and 128GB of storage and come in four variants: Blue, Pink, Black, and Red. Especially, the two phones are the first company’s phones to feature the in-display fingerprint sensor. Coming to the screen, Samsung Galaxy P30 specs might feature a huge 6.5-inch LCD (1440 x 2960 pixels) and an 18.5:9 aspect ratio. Moreover, Samsung is working on the new LCD panels from JDI to fit the in-display fingerprint scanner.

Under the hood, the Galaxy P30 can run on Exynos 7885 chipset or Snapdragon 600 processor, paired with 6GB/8GB RAM. Optics-wise, Samsung Galaxy P30 camera features a quad-camera setup on the back. In details, it includes 24MP main camera + 8MP wide-angle camera + 10MP telephoto lens + 5MP telephoto lens. Besides, there is a 24MP selfie sensor on the front. Moreover, the Galaxy P30 might offer a non-removable 4000mAh power cell with fast charging support. Lastly, it could process on Android 9.0 Pie OS.
