It seems that 2016 is a busy year for Samsung, as this brand continuously reveals products after products. And Samsung Galaxy S7 Active is one of them! Let’s take a look at this beast!

Samsung Galaxy S7 Active: excellent specs insides military-standard design!

Samsung Galaxy S7 active is a rugged version of Samsung Galaxy S7. Just like its sibling – Galaxy S6 active, this new device is designed for active users who prefer an enduring smartphone. With an extra layer of polycarbonate and the added bulk in the phone’s design, S7 Active can prevent shattering, survive dropping. Moreover, the coat of the phone also makes it water-resistant. So don’t mind leaving this phone in pocket while swimming.

Samsung Galaxy S7 Active specs are mostly the same as that of Galaxy S7. Under the hood, there is a SoC Exynos 820 chipset running with a quad-core processor. The phone is also supported by 4GB of RAM, which ensures a seamless performance, even under multi-tasking. The storage of the phone comes in two variants: 32GB and 64GB. Besides, Galaxy S7 Active also features a 12MP on the back and a 5MP on the front.

What makes this S7 Active different from its original, besides the rugged design, is the battery. Galaxy S7 Active battery comes at a massive 4000mAh capacity which will enormously prolong the time use between charges. However, this phone doesn’t go with fingerprint scanner. US will be the first market to welcome Galaxy S7 Active. AT&T will be the only distributer of this handset.
