At the MWC 2018 event, Samsung stole the show with their most significant flagship launch of the year: Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 Plus. In details, Samsung Galaxy S9 specs include a 5.8-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1440 x 2960 pixels. On the other hand, Samsung Galaxy S Plus specs sport a larger 6.2-inch Super AMOLED screen with similar resolution.

Under the hood, both Samsung handsets processor has two options: Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 or Exynos 9810 chipset. In term of the storage, the Galaxy S9 offers 4GB RAM, while the Galaxy S9 Plus has 6GB RAM. Both Samsung phone arrives with three ROM options: 64GB/128GB/256GB, which are expandable up to 400GB via microSD. For the operating system, they now run on Android 8.0 Oreo.

As for the photography, Samsung Galaxy S9 camera equips a single 12 MP (f/1.5-2.4, 26mm, 1/2.5″, 1.4 µm, Dual Pixel PDAF) rear snapper and an 8 MP (f/1.7, 25mm, 1/3.6″, 1.22 µm) selfie shooter. On the contrary, Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus camera has the same selfie lens; but the better rear setup of dual: 12 MP (f/1.5-2.4, 26mm, 1/2.55″, 1.4 µm, Dual Pixel PDAF) + 12MP (f/2.4, 52mm, 1/3.6″, 1 µm, AF).
