After many months of waiting, the South Korean brand has finally launched its first-ever smartphone with a tri-folding display. Notably, this new beast carries the name Galaxy Z TriFold. While the dual-hinge design isn’t common, we have seen this setup on the Huawei Mate XT. However, while the Chinese brand prefers to keep its product local, Samsung plans to launch this new premium device in various markets.

Now, let’s dive into the Samsung Galaxy Z TriFold specs! Firstly, it measures 12.9 mm in thickness and weighs only 309 grams. Moreover, the full display is a 10-inch QXGA+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X. Additionally, it runs on the latest Android 16 operating system with Samsung One UI. Lastly, the Samsung Galaxy Z TriFold currently doesn’t offer S-Pen support.

The new Samsung smartphone is going on sale in South Korea on December 12th. Furthermore, it is coming to China, Taiwan, Singapore, UAE and the US later.
