As you may know, Smartisan R1 is the first smartphone to sport 1TB storage. Now, a new memory variant of this device has been unveiled in the Chinese market. The new model comes with massive 8GB RAM and 512GB of internal storage. Besides that, this device still offers the same specs as the original Smartisan R1. Regarding the display, the Smartisan R1 specs pack a 6.17-inch screen with a resolution of 1080 x 2242 pixels and an 18:7:9 ratio.

In addition, the Smartisan R1 boasts the Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. In addition, speaking of the processor, the Smartisan R1 runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset. On the other hand, the Smartisan R1 works on Android 8.0 Oreo as the operating system. Next, let’s take a look at the capacity. Regarding the capacity, the Smartisan R1 battery box rocks a non-removable 3600mAh juice box.

How about the optics department? The Smartisan R1 camera system equips a dual 12MP Sony IMX363 (f/1.8) + 20MP Sony IMX350 (f/1.75) rear sensor. Meanwhile, the front-facing lens features a single 24MP lens with an aperture of f/2.0. In addition, this phone offers AI Beauty mode.
