Not long ago, Qualcomm has just unveiled the Snapdragon 710, the first entry in its 700 mobile platform series. The company is holding to the same promises with the 710 that it first promoted when it announced the line in February. Qualcomm says it should offer improvements in a variety of applications from voice-based user interfaces to photography. Then, a few days ago, we got a report that upcoming ARM devices would take power from Windows 10 and a mysterious yet powerful processor.

There was even a Geekbench listing that showed the chipset was clocked higher than the regular 845 chip. Thus, making us think this could be the new Snapdragon 850 processor. Besides, according to a website source, Qualcomm is going to release the allegedly Snapdragon 850 earlier than planned. Although the chipset will be clocked higher to almost 3.0GHz, it will come with the same X20 modem and offer Gigabit LTE. In addition, new operating system Windows 10 on ARM devices from HP, Lenovo, ASUS, and Dell, will all be coming in later 2018.
