The Xperia 1 is the latest flagship of the Japanese manufacturer. From what we learned, the company has announced this phone at MWC 2019 in Barcelona, Spain. The highlights of this phone include an ultra-tall 21:9 Cinema Wide Display, 4K OLED, HDR support, and the triple camera set up. Besides that, this device comes as a successor of Sony Xperia XZ3. First of all, let’s talk about the display.

Sony Xperia 1 specs offer a 6.5-inch OLED with a resolution of 1644 x 3840 pixels. Additionally, the Sony smartphone boasts the Corning Gorilla Glass 6 protection. Powering the Xperia 1 is Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset, coupled with 6GB RAM and 128GB of onboard storage. Moreover, there is a MicroSD card slot, for expanding storage up to 512GB. Keeping the light on is a non-removable 3300mAh battery box that supports fast battery charging 18W/ Qi wireless charging.

Additionally, for photography lovers, Sony Xperia 1 camera packs three cameras on its back. This phone has a main 12MP sensor (f/1.6) + 12MP super-wide angle (f/2.4) + 12MP telephoto (f/2.4) snapper. Meanwhile, on the front, the Sony phone features an 8MP selfie shooter with an aperture of f/2.0. Besides that, the brand also introduced a new camera feature called Eye AF which tracks your eyes. Furthermore, the Xperia 1 comes running on the latest Android 9.0 Pie as the operating system. Whereas, connectivity options include 4G, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, and USB Type-C.
