Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact: 18:9 aspect ratio, special music feature and more!

After focusing on the midrange series with Xperia L2 handset, Sony is ready to join the flagship battle with their latest release: Xperia XZ2. In details, Sony Xperia XZ2 specs sport a 5.7-inch OLED screen with the resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels. Furthermore, this Sony handset isn’t debuting alone. It is going to come with a smaller variant: Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact! Regarding the design, Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact specs include a smaller screen of 5.0-inch.

Furthermore, both handsets’ displays have the Gorilla Glass 5-protection with 18:9 aspect ratio. Additionally, both Sony phones come with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, but no 3.5mm headphone jack. Under the hood, these two smartphones take power from a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset. Moreover, Sony Xperia XZ2 and Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact feature 4GB RAM and 64G ROM. There is also an expandable microSD card storage up to 256GB.
