Sony Xperia XZ3 design gets portrayed in various phone cases

As the name implies, this model will be the successor to the Xperia XZ2 which launched at MWC back in February. Today case maker Olixar has seemingly revealed the design of the upcoming alleged smartphone. Hence, showing us the Xperia XZ3 design inside a range of protective cases. Through the photos, we can see that the handset seems to be a cross between the XZ2 and the XZ2 Premium in terms of design. It has a dual rear camera setup like the XZ2 Premium, yet while the lenses are pretty much in the same spot, they are separated. Furthermore, the back seems to be curved and thicker in the middle, something we’ve already seen in the XZ2.

On the front, the screen appears to have 18:9 aspect ratio, not the traditional 16:9 like the Premium model. Meanwhile, the top and bottom bezels are still there. So far, we’ve had a few conflicting reports regarding the device’s screen resolution. Sony Xperia XZ3 specs get power from the powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset. In terms of the storage, the handset might come in different variants of 6GB/ 8GB RAM and 64GB/ 128GB ROM. Meanwhile, there is a MicroSD card that can expand the storage up to 400GB. Under the hood, Xperia XZ3 battery rocks a non-removable 3240mAh juice box.

Besides that, it features a 5.7-inch IPS LCD with a resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels and a tall 19:9 display. Whereas, the Sony phone comes running on Android P as the operating system.
