Last month, vivo announced the partnership with Samsung at a conference to bring a 5G-enabled smartphone with Exynos 980 chipset. Now, according to the latest report, the Chinese phone maker is going to launch this device in December as the X30 5G. Additionally, this smartphone is the successor of the Vivo X27 released in March. Moreover, there is an under-display fingerprint scanner for security.

How about other specs? The Vivo X30 specs feature a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED with a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, and a 19:5:9 aspect ratio. Besides, on the software front, the Vivo X30 phone boots Android 9.0 Pie-based Funtouch 9 as the operating system. As mentioned above, this phone takes power from the Exynos 980 chipset as the processor, paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB/ 256GB ROM.

Moreover, it can be expandable up to 512GB via a MicroSD card. Next, let’s talk about the battery capacity. This Vivo smartphone draws power from a non-removable 4500mAh juice box that also supports 18W fast charging tech. Coming to the optics system, the Vivo X30 camera packs a triple camera setup on the back. It includes a 64MP primary lens, a 13MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 5MP depth sensor. Back to the front, there is a motorized pop-up 16MP lens for selfies and video calling.
