This brand dominated in the phone market for more than 14 years. In 2014, the company decided to sell the whole phone business to Microsoft because it couldn&#8217;t compete with its rivals. Since then, the Finnish company has found the other business field to focus on like the health business. Last month, Nokia was said to buy a company in this business &#8211; the Withings company. And now, it finally comes true.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Withings &#8211; a French health tracker start-up &#8211; is officially belongs to Nokia. It costs the our legend approximate 170 million euros in this Nokia deal. The deal was done earlier than they\u00a0had expected. Withings will be the platform for\u00a0Nokia&#8217;s new Digital Health business unit. This business will base on the previous works of the health start-up from France. These moves could be the preparation for Nokia to come back in the smartphone market where it used to be a king. In the last few months, we&#8217;ve heard a lot about the comeback of Nokia in 2016. Together with those rumors is some of its smartphones. Nokia A1, C1 or Nokia N73 are some examples.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nokia deal: a new chapter<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The combination with\u00a0Withings is definitely bringing a\u00a0fresh and exciting chapter for Nokia. And we won&#8217;t have to wait long to see the result of this combination. On 9th June, Nokia will host an event to present its new health products in San Francisco.
