At the beginning of this year, KLM Media established a new check-in system that allows customers to check-in via Facebook Messenger. Lately, the brand also added a demo AI-powered customer answering method. And now, their own newspaper application has been published.<\/p>\n<p>So how to use this service? Of course, you have to be a KLM passenger. This app is only accessed via the flight booking code, Flying Blue account or KLM account. After downloading this app from the Google Play Store and provide all information needed, you are able to download and read anything you like.
